Firstly, the wifi and internet connection is poor. The ACs in the gym were not working and the gym is very suffocating! Door handles malfunction. Taps open directly at full speed with water splashing all over. Water does not drain out smoothly. The service needs to be revamped. Barring 1 or 2 persons, the attitude of all the staff is of 'how not to be helpful'. If you are looking to relax and enjoy, this is not the right place

Always wanted to see Goa and SinQ was the right place to stay. It is just opposite Taj and very near to the fort Aguada. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi. Was another nice thing. The chef was too good. The food at all times was yummy.A perfect holiday after covid. I visited it in Feb,2021.

I visited Goa with my family for Christmas 2022 and we happen to stay at SinQPrive. I was absolutely delighted by the customer service that was provided by the hotel staff. I would like to make a special mention of a staff member named - Surya. He made extra efforts and went beyond his capacity to help us out and ensure that everything was in place and we were all comfortable. Not only we were made to feel at home but we also felt like we had a point of contact in this new city we visited. Kudos to Surya and team SinQPrive. Will surely visit again. I recommend this place to people who are visiting Goa for the first time especially, as the hotel is well connected and the staff members are very helpful and courteous. Thanks!

Very much unprofessional staff. My friend lost shoes and jacket and they denied it 8 times on the call. After reaching hotel back again they said we had it but staff is at home so wait, till the time he will come back. Quite interesting if he/she would have gone for a month leave then we would have been waiting for month. 😃

God knows who gave them a 5 star tag, may be corrupt people to give a casino license. Coming to some great deficiencies 1. No valet for parking. So it yourself 2. No water at reception. Go in your room to drink 3. No bathrobes, no shower cap in bathroom. 4. They do not have a restaurant. For breakfast you have to travel to another hotel and if you can find a way, you survive. Imagine a 5 star with no restaurant 5. Breakfast spread is 3rd class, cold food with no burners to keep food warm. Even simple hotels do such basics 6. Now the biggest thing- there is a disc in adjacent building which is open air. So till 3am you have to listen to loud music. No windows are sound proof so even if a dog barks at night, pls wake up. Stay in this place only if you only want to play in casino gold and are drunk enough to sleep with such loud noises.
